Course Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings on James Cronin Consulting courses paid via this website.

Payment

Payment in full is required in advance to secure your place. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and Stripe has reported a successful charge.

Refunds

Due to the intensive demand for this course, a refund is only provided if you cancel within seven (7) days of booking. Outside of that window, no cash refund will be issued for late cancellations.

Substitutions

Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time before the course start date. Please notify us in writing with the substitute delegate’s full name, email, and company.

Transfers

Transfers to a future course are permitted if requested at least 7–14 days before the course start date. Transfers are subject to availability on the future cohort.

Provider Cancellation

If James Cronin Consulting cancels the course, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Corporate Invoicing

Corporate invoicing is available on request. Bookings paid by corporate invoice are confirmed only once cleared funds are received. Please use the ‘Request a corporate invoice’ link on the course page to start this process.
